Shipping & Returns Policy

PLEASE READ THE BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING. BY PURCHASING WITH CHRISTIAN LOMAS YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

All CHRISTIAN LOMAS orders are sent out of Sydney, Australia.

All CHRISTIAN LOMAS returns are to be sent back to Sydney, Australia.

Sales of Custom CHRISTIAN LOMAS denim or leather jackets are final, so please choose carefully as we do not accept returns on these items.

We offer shipping worldwide .We Recommend providing a daytime address and phone number when placing your order so that your order can reach you in a timely manner.

Pricing

All pricing is in Australian dollars.

Shipping Charges

All domestic & International orders are calculated at Checkout at a cost of the customer all international shipping orders exceeding $1,000 are free of charge

You may be required to pay further shipping charges in the instance of change of address or delivery time

Shipping Time

Delivery times can vary based on location, please allow longer for regional and international orders. If you have an urgent delivery request please contact christian@christianlomas.com and we can arrange a suitable outcome.

Taxes and duties

Please note customs duties and foreign taxes may be payable before your order is cleared by customs. Christian Lomas will not be held responsible for any charges incurred nor can we provide an estimate of these costs. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

Ownership and risk

Upon delivery at your specified address, ownership and risk of damage is transferred to the customer. We require a signature upon delivery ; if you are placing an order as a gift please use the name of the intended recipient in the shipping address form located at the checkout. We will not be held responsible for any undeliverable orders. In the instance the the intended recipient is unavailable it is up to the customer to organise re-delivery with Australia Post or the courier company.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order please contact christian@christianlomas.com and provide the order number e mailed to you at the time of order placement and reason for cancellation. If your order was placed after 11am on a business day please notify us via email at christian@christianlomas.com before 10am the following day. We will be unable to process a cancellation of your order if we are not notified of your intention to cancel the order by 11am the following day.
